The Committee recommends that the State party ensure the effective implementation of criminal and administrative legislation for the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace with special attention to sectors with an increased risk of sexual harassment.

The Committee recommends that the State party provide capacity-building programmes to judges and law enforcement officials to facilitate effective access to protection and independent and confidential complaint mechanisms for victims of sexual violence and discrimination in the workplace.
