The Committee recommends that the State party implement effective cooperation and mutual legal assistance mechanisms with other States parties in compliance with articles 14 and 15 of the Convention, in order to facilitate the sharing of information and evidence to support the search for and identification of disappeared persons, the investigation and prosecution of their disappearance, and the support to victims, including in cases where a national of the State party is disappeared in another country.

The Committee recommends that the State party ensure the establishment of mechanisms for cooperation and mutual legal assistance with other relevant States to search for, locate and protect the unaccompanied minor asylum-seekers who disappeared from reception centres, in accordance with articles 14 and 15 of the Convention.

The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that all agreements on mutual judicial assistance to be concluded in the future, including those currently negotiated, contain specific provisions on enforced disappearances.
