The Committee invites the State party to make, at the earliest opportunity, the necessary declarations for recognizing the competence of the Committee to examine individual and inter-State communications under articles 31 and 32 of the Convention, with a view to strengthening the prevention and eradication of enforced disappearances provided for in the Convention.
