The Committee recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to ensure that all Sami children, whether living in the Sami districts or outside, fully enjoy their right to education in Sami languages as a language of instruction; and to provide sufficient level of resources, including financial and technical, for the preservation and exhibition of Sami cultural artefacts.
