The Committee recommends that the State party maintain its dedication to ensuring the effective implementation of Security Council Resolution 1325 (2000) on women, peace and security and subsequent resolutions in countries affected by conflict, including through ensuring that the State party’s National Action Plans contribute to significantly increasing women’s participation in peace processes, in particular in peace negotiations.
